Nanoblocks For Big Boys + Giveaway

Have you ever had one of those moments where you just needed to be a kid again and sit down with your favorite toy? At our house we have the classics that I love to play with my kids - who am I kidding, we know it's here for me. At our house those toys include yo-yo's, Frisbees, puzzles, and, of course, blocks. Recently, E and I had the chance to try out a new kind of block, the Nanoblock.


Nanoblock is a mico-sized building block system with its smallest piece being a mere 4mm x 4mm x 5mm. How small is that you as? Check this out!


Yes, they are that little but we have had so much fun playing with them. So what do I love about Nanoblocks? Here are the highlights.

  3. They are small - meaning that I can store them in a tiny space away from the children.

  5. I finally have a set of blocks that is just for me!

    I can't find the name of the kit, but my son would love the shark- He is looking forward to Shark Week! Also, he would really like the Statue of Liberty!

    I, personally, couldn't put these things together anymore. I'm getting to where I need glasses to do much of anything, and even then it's tough. BUT, my oldest son has outgrown Legos but still likes creating with these types of things. I'd love to get him either the Taj Mahal or Neuschwanstein Castle. When he's done, he could give it to me!
