Pre Holiday Organizing

To say that this year has been challenging might be an understatement. We've had some really big really big changes around here that I'm excited to tell you about in the upcoming weeks. Today however, I want to tell you about a little tool that we received that is helping the big boys stay orgainzed as we make these transitions. This hat rack has helped with the chaos and that's enough for me to call it swell!

First just let me say that I can't believe my kids are old enough that they need things like a hat rack to help them stay organized but, alas, we have reached the age that they think things like fashion are important. The downside of the hat rack was that it did not come with any instructions but thankfully it only took us a few minutes to figure out how things went together. 

 

The other thing I don't love about this hat rack is taht the hats just sit on it so they aren't actually very secure when my boys slam their bedroom door (but that's a whole different problem). I think for adults, or maybe on a closet door that you aren't opening and closing all the time, this hat rack would work wonderfully. I'm anxious to see how it does long term here but for now it seems to be helping the chaos.
