Healthy Hair Post Baby

When I'm pregnant my hair is beautiful, but it seems like after I deliver, my hair becomes thinner and is not nearly as healthy. My good friend and hairdresser told me this is because when you're pregnant you take extra care with what you eat and take great vitamins that encourage your hair to be healthy. Not everyone who needs a hair lift can take prenatal however so, I was excited to recently find out about another solution - Hairfinity.

Hairfinity is a nutritional supplement formulated with essential nutrients for healthy hair. This hair specific formula contains Vitamins A, C, and D, a B-Vitamin Complex, Biotin, MSM, and more. Hairfinity is clinically proven to increase the hair growth rate by 155% while decreasing shedding. Two capsules are taken per day, and each bottle contains a one-month supply.

Although I have not yet personally tried Hairfinity, I'm excited to test it out and see how it works on my post baby, post summer sun hair. Have you tried it? Let me know what you think!

Big G Cereal - Fun Shopping Trips at WinCo With the Family + Giveaway

Shopping with all the kids can be just a little crazy. Thankfully I don't have to do it by myself very often but going to the store as a family can be an interesting adventure. Thankfully we have an amazing family friendly grocery store less than a mile away that has amazing prices every day. WinCo Foods has made my life of shopping even easier with their awesome prices and family friendly selection I can feed my kids well and do it on a budget.

I love shopping at WinCo for so many reasons but the top two are the great prices on amazing products. When I shop at WinCo I get a great price to begin with and when I add my coupons from the paper and use an app like Ibotta I know that I am getting the best deal for my dollar.

This week I am excited to take advantage of WinCo's amazing prices on General Mills' Big G cereal and then get some great cash back with Ibotta. Each week from until 5/25 there will be a featured cereal of the week that you can redeem for $1.50! If you buy 5 cereals, you can redeem an additional $2.50! Now that is amazing and you can find all the details on Ibotta's blog today.

I plan to stock up on lots of Big G cereals since they are a healthy option for my family and each of us has a different favorite. My shopping cart almost always includes at least one of the family preferences like Kix®, Cheerios®, Lucky Charms®, Raisin Nut Bran®, Rice Chex®, and Cocoa Puffs®. What cereal are you going to stock up on during this awesome deal? Will your kids be as excited as mine when they see what you brought home from the store? Let us know!

To help with your shopping this spring, we are very excited to be giving one reader a $50 WinCo Foods gift card to help with their cereal stock up, or just about anything else they could want. To enter please use the form below. Good luck!

Pregnancy Flashbacks - My Top 3

After four pregnancies there are some things I certainly need in my tool kit. I've done a little bit of everything but through morning sickness, preterm labor, bed rest, preemies, NICU, and coming home there are a few things I can't live without. Here is a list of the top three items I feel are most important:

1. A good body pillow. This was an investment well worth making because it can be used as a body pillow during and after pregnancy plus double as a nursing pillow for those late night feedings.

2. Every new mother’s toolkit should include DulcoEase® Pink™, the #1 OB/GYN recommended ingredient* for going #2. It's perfect for all those uncomfortable times when you just need a little help. So if you are pregnant or breast feeding, ask your doctor if you should think Pink. Find savings on DulcoEase® Pink™ at www.MomsTalkDulcoEase.com! You'll also want to pick up a coupon HERE.

3. A spouse, or other emotional support person. Life is hard but especially during pregnancy and parenting it is important to have someone standing by your side. You may not need help now but at some point you'll be glad you have an extra set of hands and a shoulder to lean on.
