New Baby : DaddyScrubs Review

About DaddyScrubs:

DaddyScrubs™ is the offspring of Robert Nickell, who fathered his first four children more than 20 years ago. DaddyScrubs™ was conceived when Robert, who remarried in 2007, discovered he was about to be a father all over again in the fall of 2009!
Not wanting to endure the pains of wearing uncomfortable street clothes while comforting his laboring wife, Robert hatched the idea of creating doctor-like scrubs for himself. It seemed a natural thing for him to do — since Robert is a pharmacist by profession.
To eliminate the confusion between “who’s the doctor” and “who’s the daddy,” Robert fashioned the concept of “I’m The Daddy™” medical scrubs.
All comfort wear from DaddyScrubs™ — including “I’m The Daddy™” medical scrubs and t-shirts are available exclusively online at www.daddyscrubs.com.

My Thoughts:
I think these scrubs are absolutely awesome! I do not have long labors, thankfully, so E did not have time to put these on for the actual delivery but it is fun to see him wear them around the house and be proud to be the daddy. E says they are comfortable and they have washed wonderfully. These scrubs are an awesome gift for any dad to be and don't forget to check out all the other great products just for dad at DaddyScrubs.

New Baby: Green Bumpkin Review

About Green Bumpkin:
All my products are handmade by me in a Canada in a smoke-free home.

I prewash all my fabric in dye-free, naturally scented detergent.

My wipes, wetbags, snack/sandwich bags are all machine washable.
To preserve the PUL lining in the wetbags I suggest line-drying when possible, but they can be put in the dryer.
Straps can also be machine washed, but may need to be ironed.

Need a specific size of wetbag or wipe? I would be happy to do a custom size for you! Simply message me with what size you're looking for and I would be glad to see what I can do for you! :)

My Thoughts:
We were sent this adorable wet bag to review. B's first word when he saw it was "CARS!". Needless to say he approves. This wet bag has taken up permanent residence in the car. This works well for us for a number of reasons. First because when I ask E if the car wet bag is there he doesn't have to ask any questions, he knows I'm wondering if the car wet bag is in the car for emergencies. It is also nice because the size is perfect to hold that diaper and change of clothes that don't fit in the diaper bag I keep in the diaper bag but always end up seeming to need a place for at the most unexpected times. And finally, it works great because there is only one pocket meaning that I know everything there is dirty and I don't have to question how long that dirty diaper has been in that pocket waiting for me to wash it because we emptied the clean pocket instead of the dirty one. Not that any of you have ever done that. :)

If you're looking for a great wet bag, make sure you check out Green Bumpkin today.

New Baby: My Ducks in a Row Review

About My Ducks in a Row:

Welcome to My Ducks In A Row! Custom made items for a little one in your life! Thanks for joining me in my new shop! I love making things, and especially love to work with machine embroidery. I've have been making items for several years for my family and friends, and have now decided to take the plunge. Check back often as I will be adding more, but enjoy my beginnings, the big/little tees. They are my favorite and I know they will be adorable for the favorite little people in your life!

My Thoughts:
C received this adorable Big Brother shirt to review. He looked so handsome and absolutely loves everyone knowing that he is the big brother. The sizing on the shirt did seem to run a little small but no horribly, just a note that if your child is between sizes order up. All in all it has been great. The stitching has washed wonderfully and C love's being a Big Brother!

New Baby: Kiki's Fashons

About Kiki's Fashons:
Kiki's Fashions is dedicated to bringing our customers today's cute and trendy maternity clothes at low, low prices. While most maternity clothes out in the market are boxy, boring and expensive, we pride ourselves on having a wide selection of unique maternity styles at prices mostly under $20.

By selling exclusively on the Internet, Kiki's Fashions is able to maintain very low operating costs and we pass those savings on to our customers by offering prices 15%- 30% off many of our competitors. We also change our inventory often, so our customers always have access to today's hottest fashions and trends.

-Kiki

My Thoughts: I received this adorable shirt in red to review. It fit great and was wonderful to wear while pregnant. I was also impressed with how well it washed which is always a big factor at the Kerr house. :) The biggest thing I dislike is that I cannot wear it while nursing but because it doesn't look "maternity" I will look forward to wearing it again at a later date.

I loved shopping at Kiki's site. It was easy to navigate and it was nice to see maternity clothes without cringing when I looked at the prices. I do wish they had longer dresses with sleeves. Because I am tall (for the size I wear) the length of their dresses is not nearly long enough when I still need to manage other small children in public however, it is nice that they tell you exactly how long the dresses are on the site so you can check and see what you think.

If we have another baby I will be visiting Kiki's for some awesome deals on cute outfits, and maybe before then as many of the shirt's don't look "maternity". You can't beat $20 for a nice maternity shirt!
