  11. I'd choose the boy package, I think. I LOVE the girl colors, but not sure what we're having yet (aside from the fact that it's TWINS!) and the boy patterns seem more gender neutral. Fingers crossed for at least one girl though, as we already have a son and would love to have boys and girls!
