My Thoughts:

We have fallen in love with our towel from Little Lily. The first thing we noticed was that the size is awesome. Our kids are getting big (for babies) and many of their towels are no longer big enough to cover them. As you can see, we did not have that problem with Little Lily's towel. It wasn't huge like an adult towel would be but it was plenty large enough to cover both B & C. We also love how absorbent the towel is. On bath night we generally use just one towel for both boys and I can honestly say that not all towels work well for this. Because bamboo is such an awesome material we were easily able to use a single towel for both boys without one of them ending up only half dry. It was really great. The bamboo also washed wonderfully and this great towel still looks brand new!

About Ruff Around the Edges:

I started sewing when I was 7. Around 9 years old I started making baby blankets as gift for friends or the family who were expecting. I love being able to share what I do with others. I am a cosmetologist and mother to an amazing 3 year old little boy, I have been married for almost 4 year. My family and I have just relocated to Portland Oregon from Reno Nevada for my husband to attend Le Cordon Bleu for wedding cakes and pastries. Our Sonia our inspiration for everything we design. My husband handles all the finances and helps with colors and pickin out fabric and has some new ideas for amazing new products to add to our shop, and I am the designer, I love being creative and getting to use my hands.


My thoughts:
The first thing I noticed about Ruff Around the Edges was their wonderful customer service. They were always enthusiastic and helpful which was a refreshing change. 
Ruff Around the Edges sent us an adorable set with a onesie, burp cloth, and blanket. I was again impressed with the great quality and cute designs of the items. As usual, the older boys carefully examined these items and C loved the blanket. The different textures were awesome for him and I know I will find him curled up next to Baby D to share this wonderful quilt.

My Thoughts:
Kenda sent me this adorable pair of baby booties to review. I cannot get over how adorable they are! I have always been one of those moms who's babies were always barefoot or in socks because I could never justify buying shoes for a baby who didn't need them. After receiving these however I can say that Baby D will be wearing these, and probably some others I will splurge on, many times. 
The older boys also highly approve of these new shoes. B was very disappointed when he realized these were too little to fit him. He is very happy to see them on Baby D's feet.

About Shelle Belle:
I am a 30-something stay at home mom. I love color and I have fallen in love with all of my hobbies because they are filled with color. 
I looooove spinning, knitting, crochet, and I weave on a little Cricket RH loom.
Recently I discovered a love of making boutique bows and other accessories. My 4 year old daughter won't wear anything in her hair, so I decided to sell my creations to fund my ribbon addiction! 


My Thoughts:
I was sent two adorable bows to review. I loved how bright and cheerful the colors were. B had a great time trying them on for me so I could take pictures. I was actually surprised they stayed in his hair so well being as short and fine as it is. This leads me to believe they will be perfect for a little baby's hair too. I also loved the sizes. They were large enough to add a splash of color but no so big that they overtook your head. 
Shelle Belle's bows are very high quality and will last us a long time. I am very pleased!

About Corinne Reuter:

Corinne Reuter Designs began from observing my two nephews, and is based on three essentials: Learning, Stimulation, and Style. The development of children is fascinating to watch, trying to aid in that process and devise ways to stimulate their eyes, minds, and sense of touch has been so rewarding. With infants immediately seeing only black, white, and shades of gray, it is important to stimulate their little eyes with strong, bold, patterns. The nerve cells in their retina and brain aren't fully developed at this stage, providing eye-catching, high contrasting colors helps their eyes and minds to grow. As the weeks go by they begin to see bright colors with blue and violet developing last and their focus continues to get better and better. Their senses are extremely heightened and watching them absorb the world around them was simply addicting to me! I began to design my quilts to help develop their sense of touch and feelings of comfort, as well as to stimulate their eyes and awaken their imagination. I watched how attached babies become to their blankets and I thought it would be great to have a quilt that would continue to educate them, even as they grew older. Each quilt has silhouetted shapes, pictures or numbers that can later be used as a learning tool. Of course it must be soft and cuddly, so in addition to all of the fun and learning on the front side, the back of the quilts have a super soft minky fabric. The final touch is a satin border edge, which has proven to be soothing to the touch, the satin seems to coo the babies to sleep. There are several quilt designs, and an endless array of beautiful fabric options, that aim to both please and inspire little minds. All the quilts are 100% handmade, by myself! I use different fabric options for each quilt so they are all one-of-a-kind. They are a wonderful product, and a life long keepsake for boys and girls.

My Thoughts:
Corinne sent us a beautiful quilt! My first thought when I took it out of the box was how much more beautiful it was then in the photos, and the photos are great! C wanted to steal this quilt as soon as he felt it because of the different textures. He loved rubbing the satin against his face. Because B is learning to count we have had lots of fun using the numbers to count. The colors are so bright and cheerful and the blanket is so well made it will be well used and last for a very long time.

Baby D is Here

We thought we would share that Baby D joined our family this morning (5/11). He is in NICU but we are hopeful that he will be moved to the regular nursery later today. About Road Tripzzz:

I'm a stay at home mom of a beautiful, sassy 2 and half year old. I started RoadTripzzz with just our Napzzz line as a way to keep my own daughter's head from flopping around in her seat. Things have been moving forward for us since then. If I had pick a favorite item that I make I would have to pick Dri-seatzzz. My cloth diapered daughter is a first class product tester ;) No more pulling the seat out of car, washing the cover, re-dressing the seat and then getting it back into the car only to have to do it again the next time we go out. My Thoughts:
I have had the same problem with my car seats that she had with hers. I have one child who went through an awful time where I resorted to keeping a towel in the bottom of his car seat because I could not keep it clean. Although I have not been able to use my Dri-seatzzz yet, I can tell it is going to do a fabulous job and it looks so much nicer than my towel. I also like their changing pad a lot! It is the perfect size and yet still rolls up small. We had a changing pad that we really liked that came  with one of our diaper bags but because it was not very good quality it bit the dust quickly. This one is almost exactly the same size and is much better made. It is also nice to know that I can wash it with my cloth diapers and not have to worry about special treatment.
I was also sent a cute Everyday Bag and though it is not nearly big enough to use for a diaper bag for my 3 kids it is the perfect size to carry all those other random things I usually end up throwing in a plastic sack such as drinks, snacks, and bibs. I can't wait to use it this summer on some picnic outings!

HI welcome to my little shop... I am a mother of two I have been sewing for a while most of my inspiration as come from my kids lately. My daughter just started girl scouts... To avoid shipping cost you can also stop at the Mommie Boutique in Norco Ca for people who are local. I began making baby products and accessories when I found out that I had a little one on the way. I give these away as baby shower gifts or birthday presents. The other mommies love them and kids love them. My Thoughts:
R2Crafts sent me this adorable taggie to review. I was very pleased with the adorable colors and prints on both the fabric and that ribbons. I also love the size as it is large enough to be used as a pillow or cuddle blanket but still small enough for a little baby to hold and love. C highly approved of this toy by trying to steal it. As my sensory seeking child, the fact that he likes it is a good sign. I wish I would have found one of these earlier when he was needing so much sensory stimulation that I could not keep up. If you have a child that needs extra sensory stimulation or just want to have a fun toy for your new baby this would be a great choice.
