Murder for Choir by Joelle Charbonneau

I have always been a fan of a good mystery. I don't mean the freak you out horror kind, I mean the good clean, stop the bad guy kind. These seem to be getting harder and harder to find so I was super excited when I recently read Murder for Choir by Joelle Charbonneau. I loved this book and it was just the thing to keep me on the edge of my seat and occupy the hours during a recent day.

The book begins as Paige, a struggling opera singer, begins a new job as choir director of Prospect Glen High School's show choir. Her first job is to get the kids to accept her as their new coach during choir camp. This becomes a difficult task as her top male singer is accused of killing a rival choir director during camp. As Paige works to clear his name everything seems to be working against her including the police officer in charge of the case. Will a little romance and a lot of threatening notes keep Paige off the killer's trail?

This is a wonderful story that you won't want to miss. It is appropriate for anyone teen and up. I highly recommend this great mystery!
